The first time I tried Vietnamese Coffee I was hooked! If you are a coffee lover like me, you definitely need to try it. You can make it at home with the right tools or check out a local shop.  Here are two coffee shops in Washington where you can enjoy some delicious Vietnamese Coffee. Coffeeholic House  (Bellevue, WA )  I was first introduced to Vietnamese Coffee at Coffeeholic House! The staff is super friendly and takes the time to explain the drinks and answer any questions you have. I get the Bac Siu, half sweet. They describe it as a lighter version of Vietnamese Coffee with less caffeine. It's so creamy, smooth and sweet without drowning out the coffee flavor. Coffeeholic House is located in old Bellevue and has a young, hip vibe with a huge beautiful mural where you can take your photo for social media.
