Which Huxdotter Coffee location is for you? North Bend, Renton or Auburn?

 

I went to all of the Huxdotter Coffee locations.. and guess what? I love them all!!!! Huxdotter has solid coffee with seasonal specials, friendly baristas and food options galore. There is something for everyone. Read on to find the one that will meet your needs. 

Huxdotter Coffee Cafe and Drive-Thru (North Bend, WA)
Do you love hanging out at a coffee shop for awhile and having some relaxing coffee time? This location is for you. Huxdotter in North Bend feels is a gathering place for the locals. I was there around 11:30 on a Thursday and I did not expect it to be so busy. On a beautiful sunny summer day, all of the outdoor seats were full. Indoor there were multiple seating areas to accommodate both groups and solo coffee drinkers like myself. They even sell merch like coffee, sweatshirts and tumblers, which would make great gifts. I really wanted to buy some of the merch but I exercised some self-restraint this time. Huxdotter Cafe is a special place where you can meet up with a friend or bring an out of town guest. When you're done, you can walk around the area and check out the cute boutiques or check out the North Bend Premium Outlets nearby.  

Huxdotter Drive Thrus (Renton, WA  and Auburn, WA)
Are you an on-the-go coffee drinker? Check out the Huxdotter drive-thrus. I love to stop by while running errands or as a reward to myself. I don't know about you, but I need some motivation to do boring chores like cleaning the bathroom...Usually there is a line of cars but don't let that discourage you because they are very organized and efficient so it goes really fast. The ladies who work here are friendly and genuine and make even an introvert like me feel comfortable. I'm not one to socialize with strangers, unlike my husband who will have a 4 hour conversation with people he just met. Be aware that the Renton location just opened a few weeks ago so the sign is currently incorrect and reads "Maplewood Espresso and Deli" It's located on the busy Maple Valley Highway and I recommend using the light at Monroe Ave SE /SE 7th St to get in and out safely. *8/1/24 Update! Huxdotter sign is up now. : )

My go-to drinks from Huxdotter are the Latte and the Irish Cream Cold Brew. If you want a filling breakfast get the lumberjack sandwich, which has eggs, sausage and cheese. A customer in line at the North Bend location recommended it to me and it was everything I want in a breakfast sandwich. You can't go wrong with any of the Huxdotter Coffee locations. 5 Days of Coffee-Bones Coffee Company: Flavored Coffee Taste Test

I came across Bones Coffee Company through an ad on Youtube. Normally I'm not a fan of scary things. For example, I don't really watch scary movies. If my husband attempts to purchase a t-shirt or any item of clothing that has a depiction of a skeleton or bones I always veto it. When I was teaching 1st grade, one of my students was telling me about a movie he watched over the weekend. When I asked him if I should watch it, he very seriously responded, "no, it's too scary for you. You wouldn't like it."
